How cancellations and refunds work for intensives, clinics, and coaching hours.
Cooling-off and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a lesson is not delivered with due care and skill, contact us to resolve the issue.
Intensives and clinics
Cancel 7 or more days before the scheduled start for a full refund of fees paid for that date. Cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before start for a 50% refund or a free transfer to the next available Practice Lab session of the same type. Cancel within 48 hours, or miss the session without notice, and the fee is non-refundable except where we cancel the event.
When we cancel
If Innovative Domains cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date at no extra charge.
Coaching hours
Reschedule or cancel a coaching hour with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full credit or refund. Later cancellations may be charged in full because the slot cannot be refilled.
Materials
Printed worksheet packs that have been posted are non-refundable once dispatched, unless faulty. Digital pre-reads remain available to registered students for the related session.
How to request a refund
Email info@innovativedomains.digital or call +61 0353550257 with your name, lesson date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days where practicable.
No payments on this website
This site does not process payments. Refund timing begins from the payment recorded through the invoice method we arrange offline.
